Fall Learning Beyond the Classroom
This Fall, students from several Abbotsford schools have been taking learning beyond the classroom with visits to Greendale Acres. Through hands-on experiences, students have had the opportunity to connect with local agriculture and learn more about the importance of farming in our community.
Recently, Prince Charles Elementary visited Greendale Acres as a whole school, spending the day exploring farm life and participating in activities centred around the fall harvest. The experience brought learning to life while encouraging curiosity and discovery outside the classroom
Beyond the educational benefits, the outing provided an opportunity for students and staff to spend time together and strengthen their sense of school community. It was a memorable day filled with learning, exploration and connection.
