The Board also believes that as an innovative 21st Century learning organization, the first and highest priority is to maintain, improve and enhance the personalization of services to enhance educational choices and opportunities available for all students.

Strategic Plan
The Board’s Strategic Plan has been developed around the following themes or “Pillars to Success”. Each of these themes includes a general statement of the Board’s expectations in each area.
